We have had numerous problems with readily available products, especially the ones purchased at big-box stores. The kind of wood sold there is usually imported from the cheapest supplier found so the wood planks are not dried or carefully selected. Once you put this wood on your wall it will warp significantly, will shrink a lot, exposing large gaps. Every time you need to put a screw close to the edge, the wood splits. Not every customer wanted to have a ‘dilapidated barn’ look so we needed to take matters into our own hands.

Our product stays the way you installed it and is thinner but stronger than all the other available options. Available as raw, clear-coated or painted white.

For a typical van conversion you need 4 sets (walls only) but you might need more if you have no side windows or a long wheelbase van. Priced per sheet.
